In your new challenge at Nufarm your main responsibility will be to provide continuous support to the Sales Team at National by enhancing influence close to customers (end users, farmers and advisors) and reinsure that the products and portfolio supports the company´s overall strategy and goals. Also, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle providing marketing support on sales alongside with sales representatives, clients and customers: prioritizing product and customer requirements, fine-tuning over the product vision. You will need to work closely with regulatory, sales, marketing, commerce and finance as well as to support customer satisfaction goals are met.

What is possible?
- Deploy “pulling” strategy (close to end users) with full alignment with the company’s Commercial & Marketing strategies.
- Product promotion and development
- Organization, support and joint conduction, alongside with sales representatives, of the main actions of Communication (Presentations, Symposia and other events).
- Enclosed set development and market & competition surveying.
- Broad Market Research activity
- Fine-tuning of Market intelligence database
- Full depth support throughout product launching campaigns.
- Liaison with the Represented companies regarding the development, promotion and diffusion of technical information relating to their products.
- Accountability over local R&D (trials follow-up involved in the development and launch of new products as well as experimental and demonstrative trials).
- Organization and joint conduction, alongside with sales representatives, of the main actions of Communication (presentations, events etc.)
What do you bring?
- Agronomy Degree is mandatory to have.
- Marketing Degree is preferred.
- Former equivalent experience or as Sales Representative
- Proficiency in English and Castilian. Other languages valued position.
- Domain of the most important IT packets/tools
- Knowledge of the agricultural Portuguese market, main crops and to have agricultural technical knowledge.
- Excellent self-motivation, autonomy, proactivity, fighting spirit and emotional stability.
- Ability to make decisions and perform queries in an appropriate manner and constructive attitude.
- Management capacity
- Team player and easy direct relations with people
- Autonomy capacity to organize your tasks and teamwork ability.
- Thoroughness and personal organization at work
- Ability to solve problems and impacts in the short term.
