Reporting to the Precision Technology Market Leader Iberia, he/she will
- Support New Holland Agriculture, Case IH, Steyr and CNH Parts in growing the precision business in Iberia.
- Drive the Precision Technology business around the one influent area of Portugal.
- Provide support to Brands, Parts and Dealers in developing product content and guidelines for events, negotiations, and demonstrations.
- Provide commercial training to dealers and coordinate/develop dealers’ needs and action plans
- Consolidate in his/her area input on products/features feedbacks and needs from dealers and customers. Provide feedbacks on potential business opportunities.
- Provide product input and guidelines on development of marketing material to support Precision business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare Precision Farming Business Plans with target dealers to achieve market penetration of Precision Farming products to all makes and models of machinery.
- Develop and deliver demonstrations and info sessions for Precision Farming product lines that communicates product value, features and benefits to the sales team & dealer network.
- Assist dealers in conducting customer clinics and open houses to assist with prospecting and promoting the complete line of CNHi Precision Technology product lines.
- Provide customer feedback/input for future product design and development to ensure CNHi is meeting evolving customer needs.
- Remain current and up to date on developing trends in agronomy and precision farming technology to ensure the competitiveness of the CNHi Precision Technology product lines.
- Work directly with New Holland Agriculture and Case IH and CNH Parts and Service Sales Manager (PSSM) to identify and target high potential dealers.
- Work directly with product support groups to identify problem resolution for escalated product issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2+ years of field experience with precision farming including marketing of Precision Farming products with knowledge of equipment capabilities, product and customer support, materials creation, and current farming practices.
- Team player, collaboration with other streams in CNHi will be key
- Excellent communication skills with capacity to influence decisions
- Based in Lisbon. International mindset is a MUST
- Portuguese, fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Travel up to 60% is a requirement
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in sales, plant health, soil conservancy, crop consulting, agronomy, or a related discipline.
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office 365, including cloud services.
