EFSA publishes two new guidance documents to steer its work

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has issued new guidance on what it calls “the weight of evidence approach” and biological relevance assessment, with an added guidance document on scientific ‘uncertainty’ to be issued later this year or in early 2018.
