Leaving the Common Agricultural Policy post-Brexit will present “enormous challenges” to the UK farming and agriculture sector but also offer the opportunity to develop a tailor-made domestic policy designed to meet the country’s specific needs.

The House of Lords EU Energy andEnvironment Sub-Committee has today (May 3) published a report outlining its recommendationsand findings on the future of the sector after the UK withdraws from the EU,with financial support, trade in agri-food products
