Parliament’s ComEnvi adopts report on greenhouse gas reductions from non-ETS

The European Parliament’s environment, public health and food safety committee (ComEnvi) has adopted a draft report on annual greenhouse gas emission reductions for non-ETS sectors stating CO2 cuts should already start in 2018.
