Member states eyeing permanent smoked meat contaminant derogation

Since September 1, 2014, EU-wide limits on thepresence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in smoked meat and smokedmeat products, has applied, but 12 member states were given a derogation tokeep applying the previous, higher limits.
