Farm Council: ‘Solution needed’ to problem of dual quality foodstuffs in EU – Commission

A “solution is needed” to the problem of so-called dual quality foodstuffs in the bloc, EU Commissioner for Justice, Consumers and Gender Equality Věra Jourová has said.

Jourová at the Farm Council in Brussels today (March 6) told agriculture ministers that there was “a need to find a solution” and that a meeting of the EU network on consumer protection on March 16 would “discuss the issue and map the problem”, sources
