Brexit: Progress on divorce terms before preliminary talks on future – Tusk

The UK and EU could hold “preliminary and preparatory” talks on the future relationship during their Article 50 negotiations, but only once “sufficient progress” has been made on agreeing the divorce terms, according to EU Council President Donald Tusk.
